You must be at least 18 years of age to use Shopffly. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Shopffly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Shopffly grants you access to a library of AI agents that you may rebrand and resell as your own products. We provide the AI agent content, materials, and platform infrastructure. You retain full revenue from any sales you make. Shopffly does not take any commission or percentage of your earnings. Access to the library is free unless otherwise stated.
You may use Shopffly's AI agent materials to rebrand, market, and sell to end customers. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute raw AI agent materials as-is to other resellers without prior written permission from Shopffly. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to engage in fraudulent activity.
All AI agent content, branding, design, and materials on Shopffly are the property of Ansphare, Inc. or its licensors. By using the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes described in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.
Where paid features or upgrades are offered, all payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@shopffly.com within 7 days of the transaction. Shopffly reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the platform; upload malicious code or content; impersonate any person or entity; use automated tools to scrape or extract content; or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Services or other users' experience.
Shopffly provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. Results mentioned on the platform, such as earnings achieved by students, are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansphare, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Shopffly in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Shopffly reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to users, third parties, or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. If you are accessing the platform from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Shopffly reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
